Very professional work! I picked up a used car that stunk like cigarette smoke (only one in decent shape I could find within a few hundred miles). Matt examined the car, laid out his plan of attack to remove the odor, kept me updated, and delivered results beyond what I had hoped within the promised estimate! Having tried to DIY smoke smell removal in a past vehicle myself (and failed), getting the vehicle this clean smelling speaks to the extreme effort Matt directs toward putting out quality work! Will definitely return next time I have need of interior or exterior detailing!

Matt was very easy to work with! He explained in detail what I could expect from his work and the importance of proper care for the paint. Upon pickup, Matt thoroughly explained all follow up actions (how to properly wash my vehicle, how to set up the guarantee, what to expect yearly from them) and presented me with a vehicle that looked better than when I bought her. Dark colored vehicles are beautiful but show any imperfections and having a service like this performed was the best thing for my forged green metallic Monster.

The owner/detailer is as personal as 1 could be. Willing to listen to what your looking to accomplish, whether that would be a basic job on an everyday car or a higher end job on an expensive car. Saw a newer ZO6 in the shop when I arrived for my basic ceramic outing job on my daily charger. And let me tell you what I told him. I said: The ZO6 looked beautiful and constantly glossy wet. It looked too good to drive! In my opinion. But if you have the funds for the car, you have the funds for care! At the end of the appointment my car looked better than when I bought it. And now with proper care, proper washes my car will look beautiful and well taken care of! First time having this process done. I will be having this done again to help maintain the cleanliness of my car. It snowed before my appointment. Not how I wanted it to be but I stuck to my appointment. By the time I got home and parked in my garage, lot less buildup on it. Now can't wait to get it rewashed and keep it looking great! Thank you again for the job you did!

I contacted Total Package Detailers, and spoke to Matt. I made an appointment to have the Van inspected. After the inspection, Matt explained how & what they were going to do to resolve the problem. A day later the Van went in for repairs! The next day, I received a text stating that the repairs were completed! I went to pick up the Van, and found that Total Package Detailers had gone above and beyond! They detailed the inside and revived the outside too! Our 68,000 mile vehicle looked like new! Thank you Matt! The Van even runs better now!
